My daughter and her friends took a road trip and visited this restaurant while she was in college in Lakeland. She mentioned that I would love the setup, and it is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly. This was something that I wanted to try. There are lot of shopping and dining at Disney Springs.

Our Visit at Blaze – Orlando

So, last weekend we decided we would give it a try. Since the pandemic, we have not been dining out but rather take-outs when possible. Also, as another option, if the restaurant has outdoor seating and is not crowded, we would grab a quick lunch.

Disney Springs was not as crowded as it usually is; however, still more crowded than I expected. It was a bit difficult finding it because the only clue my daughter remembered was it was in the vicinity of Sprinkles. So, we stopped and asked a worker for directions.

It was not crowded when we reached, and there was outdoor seating. So you would build your pizza from start to finish and pick it up when it’s finished.

The Built: Crust and Toppings

There were lots of fresh vegetables to choose from.

There were also various crust selections from gluten-free, cauliflower, and even keto.

What I admire most, which is very much standard at any restaurant on Disney property, is that they pay keen attention to allergies. Workers change their gloves, and in this case, a specific work was assigned to my pizza,

The pizza did not take that long. I was impressed I had a gluten-free crust and tomato sauce topped with spinach, mushrooms, red onions, banana peppers, and tomatoes. They also had vegan cheese; however, I opt no cheese because of my allergy.

We sat outdoors and enjoyed our pizza. It was delicious. This is something I will try again. While it was not cheap. Our three pizzas and a glass of wine cost $46.00; it was well worth it. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Service s fast, and workers were courteous.

This is a must-try! There are two locations in the Orlando area. I might give the other location a try.
