On my blog, I will share recipes and tips that work. I have been on several diets and realized none of those work permanently; it’s just a quick fix. My solution was to change my way of eating and exercise. The ultimate goal is to workout 3-5 days a week. Some weeks, I do fall short, but that’s okay; I am not perfect.

While my site is named Beautiful and Healthy You,  the focus isn’t only on the ladies. Gents, you are more than welcome here!

I’m not a medical doctor but, I can assure you I do know what our bodies need to live a much healthier lifestyle. I want to learn more about nutrition and share more with y’all. I’m currently studying to be a certified health and nutrition coach!
