Sometimes you just have to cut the extra fat and use water to sautee your veggies. The are crisp and taste just as they were sauteed in oil or butter. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Ingredients

Diced vegetables (any combination)

5 Tbsp. water

Seasonings to taste

Directions

Yes, it is possible. Make sure you are using a stainless steel pot.

1. Add 2 Tbsp. water to the pot. Add your vegetables (diced onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, grated garlic, etc)

2. Mix to combine, add your seasonings to taste and add water 1 Tbsp. at a time until cooked to your desire.
