Swiss chard from my hydroponic system. Nothing beats homegrown, it is even much better than store bought organics. I usually make smoothies, any other way you like to use chard, I would love to get some recipes. usually, add Swiss chard to my smoothies.

Swiss chard or silverbeet is a member of the beet family and is often mistaken for spinach. Swiss chard comes in various colors ( red, orange, gold and yellow) stems.

Swiss chard is low in calories and fat. No cholesterol. Excellent source of vitamins A and C. Contains flavonoids and carotenoids including beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that may help protect against eye disease and certain cancers.
