1. I continuously look back at this post and admire your health style choice and decision. I’m at a point, right now, where I’m leaning on going the vegetarian route but, It’s hard! I don’t like beans, which would be the main source of protein. Any suggestions and tips?

    1. I am allergic to soy, but besides that soy is usually from gmo products so that’s not an option.
      So your best option would be the beans? Have you tried them all? Garbanzo/ chickpeas have little taste, you may want to start adding that to your salads and see how that goes for s start.
      Having said that you do need protein and yes beans would be your best bet. Are you planning on eating seafood? If so salmon is an excellent option! Give them a try and let me know!
