When I saw this recipe on Dr. Oz Show, there was no way I won’t try it. It is filled with probiotics, protein, and fiber, this smoothie will help balance your belly bloat.

Makes 1 smoothie.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 banana

2 pitted dates

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
