- 1/2 cup dates
- 6 tbsp quick oats
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 flax seeds
1. Pulverize the oats in a food processor.
2. Add all other ingredients and blend very well.
3. Form into balls or bars. (If you want, you can portion the dough into Ziplock bags before smashing the bars, so your hands don’t get sticky.)
This recipe makes about three Larabar-sized bars. When finished, refrigerate. It stays about 2 weeks. For a longer save time, you can freeze.
