I like playing with flavors. I find blending different teas together can be very interesting, The taste is unexpected sometimes, however the majority of times they are perfect. This is a great example of such a blended flavor that worked perfectly. If you have loose tea, you can use those but tea bags will do the same job. If you are choosing to use a teabag. I would highly suggest using fresh mint.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp loose camomile tea or 2 tea bags

2 Cups of boiling water

1 piece (5-6 leaves of fresh mint) spearmint or peppermint

Honey (to taste)

1/4 cup lemon juice

3 Cups of water

Directions

1. Steep 2 camomile tea bags and 3 mint leaves in 2 cups boiled water for 10-15 minutes.

2. Discard bags and let cool.

3. Stir in lemon juice and cold or room temperature water.

4. Sweeten to taste

5. Serve with ice, lemon, and mint leaves.

Let me know what you think!

Enjoy!
