It is now 10:57pm and I have made 15,513 steps. I love wearing a pedometer because it makes me aware of how active I am during the day. My goal is 10,000 steps. I wear my Fit Bit charge which also tracks my sleep. That’s super important. So having said that I am off to bed! Please consider making 10,000 steps daily and sleep 6-8 hours every night.
