When we think about Thanksgiving, the first thing that comes to mind is turkey, ham, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, stuffing, pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, and gravy. These are some of the main foods served during Thanksgiving.
But I want to pause here and think back! What am I thankful for?
Today is day 328 out of 365.
I know that there are lots to be thankful for. First and foremost, I am thankful for life, my family, and my friends, including everyone who supports my blogs in one way or the other.
As a vegan, one might think about some possible meals that can be eaten during thanksgiving.
I never had a challenge preparing dinner for any occasion.
Let me share my dinner list with you.
