Ever wonder if you are eating right, drinking enough water, or working out enough!

Guess what, if you have to think about it, it is more likely you are not. Find someone who is accountable to help.

Sometimes, and most times, discipline and motivation are the keys to your success! Several phone apps can help you keep track of your water intake. There is no magic number of eight glasses, no…no! Water consumption is based on your weight, but sure you can average eight glasses a day as the norm; it is much better than drinking only two glasses.

And please be mindful, water consumption is not liquid consumption, well it is, but juice, soda, tea, coffee or wine do not count towards the eight glasses of water. There are several ways to flavor your water, see my recipes on flavored water.

As to workout, walking is the most inexpensive way to workout. Get a pedometer that will count your daily steps. Aim for 10,000 a day. Yes, I know that is quite a lot, but challenge yourself and see how close you get to that number. I recently purchased the apple watch series 2 and I am so in love with the challenges I am faced with daily. My goal every day is to aim for those 10,000 steps even though I do not make it especially the days when I am not at the gym. However, I do not give up, and YOU should not either.
