Apples- 1 medium = 4 grams

Blueberries – 1/2 cup = 2 grams

Peaches- 1 medium = 2.3 grams

Pears – 1 medium = 5.5 grams

Raspberries – 1/2 cup= 3.5 grams

Strawberries – 1/2 cup sliced = 9 grams
