Eating a cup of Greek yoghurt ( containing live bacterial cultures) can improve your slimming probiotic bacteria within a month. The microbes that turn milk into yoghurt produce weight- controlling hormones in your intestines.
Remember 2% plain organic Greek yoghurt is best. My adding are:
homemade granola ( see recipe )
fresh berries
chia seeds
flax seeds
Carob beans
Always buy plain Greek yoghurt and add your sweetness or fruits.
