My sister and I went for 2.75 miles walk this morning. After our walk I felt so refresh and energetic. I love walking / running . You don’t have to join a gym to start working out, walking is the most inexpensive workout routine you can do. Just make sure you have a good pair of walking/running sneakers. I walk every morning after my morning devotions. How do you start your day?

  2. Well, I am motivated by your post, so after my devotions I walk /run on the treadmill, then do the basic excercise. In a week I will be doing taeboo. For a half hour. By October I should have a new look for my birthday .
