Get Out There and Walk

Some people believe that the only way they can exercise is by going to the gym. That is so not even anywhere close to the truth. One of the most easiest way to get your workout is by walking. Whether you choose to walk indoors, around your neighborhood or even venture a bit further, you will benefit of this exercise.

My sister and I went for 2.75 miles walk this morning. After our walk I felt so refresh and energetic. I love walking / running . You don’t have to join a gym to start working out, walking is the most inexpensive workout routine you can do. Just make sure you have a good pair of walking/running sneakers. I walk every morning after my morning devotions. Also, if you are going to be out for more than than an hour, a bottle of room temperature water is highly recommended. 

If you prefer to ride, then go for it! This another great way to some form of exercise. Whether you choose to walk or ride just keep moving….

  2. Well, I am motivated by your post, so after my devotions I walk /run on the treadmill, then do the basic excercise. In a week I will be doing taeboo. For a half hour. By October I should have a new look for my birthday .
