When shopping for oils, you want to choose the best oil available. Your oil selection should be based on healthy fats which are the mono-saturated fats. These help lower bad cholesterol (LDL) without affecting the good cholesterol (HDL). Oils without trans fat are something you should look out for. My go-to oils are Organic Olive Oil, Organic Avocado Oil, and Organic Coconut Oil.
