Looking for a simple recipe that would not take too much time. Well, this is the recipe for you, the oven does all the work for you.
Ingredients
8 small red skin potatoes ( quartered)
1/2 tsp herbs (dill, parsley
, basil
, rosemary
)
2 Tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Combine red skin potatoes, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix through and set on a prepared baking sheet.
Note: I used fresh herbs, which turned out great!
