I love having protein shakes after my workouts but I also want to make it a complete meal, so here is another smoothie recipe that can be used for after work-out drink or a meal replacement. I like making this just before I go to the gym, which is about 15 minutes drive, so I take it with me to have after my work out.


  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1  cup plain kefir
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • Add all ingredients in a blender along with 1 cup cold water and blend.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Note: I use only organic ingredients
