This is a great liver detox and cleanser. I started with thinking to eat a mango and decided why not come up with this tasty yellow treat. Each ingredient has so many benefits, and it tastes delicious with no added sugar. If you have fresh turmeric use that instead, however for this recipe I used the Tumeric powder because I can’t find “good” fresh turmeric in my area.
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 Lemon slice with peel
- 1/4 Ginger piece with skin
- 1/2 Cup fresh mango peeled and diced
- 1 Cup Coconut water
- Start by washing the ginger, lemon, and (turmeric if using fresh) thoroughly, don’t peel. Remove seeds from the lemon
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Pour into a mason jar and enjoy.
Note: I use only organic ingredients
