Sorry guys, I have not been posting what I ate. But, here it goes.
This is what I had for breakfast today.
I made my own vegan pancakes.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup amaranth
2 Tsp Chia seeds
Directions
1. Blend all the ingredients and add 2 cups almond milk.
2. Heat your griddle, and add 1/4 cup batter.
Enjoy!!😊
