  • 1 pitcher

  • 4-6 large fresh lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 6 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

  • Start by juicing the lemons. Roll them on a hard surface to release more juice before cutting and juicing.
  • In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with sugar or sweetener. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add cold water to the pitcher and mix well.
  • Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  • Serve over ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaves or lemon slices if desired.

    Hi Dee!
I love doing infused water once a month with citrus to make me hydrated and get the vitamin C.
