This smoothie is very filling and can be used as an after workout drink or lunch meal replacement. I added protein powder but that’s optional. These are some of my favorite protein powders options.

Tropical Green Smoothie


  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1/2  Cup diced mango
  • 1/2 Cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp flax seed
  • 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Scoop protein powder (optional)


  • Add all ingredients in a blender along with 2 cups cold water and blend.
  • Pour into two glass and enjoy!


Note: I use only organic ingredients
