Which is better 2% or Non-fat?

Let’s talk about non fat, fat free and full fat. When reading your labels it’s clear that a full fat yoghurt has more sugar than a low fat yoghurt. My choice is always 2% or whole fat and NEVER non- fat. Remember once something is labeled fat free there can still be 0.5 fat. No fat means it’s replace with sugar!
