Taking care of our bodies means eating the right foods and incorporating daily exercises. I love going to the gym to work out and having this after workout treat. This smoothie, like all my other smoothies, has protein and lots of good stuff. I added turmeric as the secret ingredient which gives it a distinct, but very nice flavor,  not forgetting all the benefits of it. Here is a list of my favorite protein powders.

Green Pro Secret

Directions

  • 3 Cups spinach
  • 2 Tbsp chia/flax blend
  • 1 Cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4  Cup frozen mango
  • 1/8 Tsp turmeric powder or fresh turmeric
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Ingredients

  • Add all ingredients in your blender along with 1 cup cold water and blend.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: I use only organic ingredients
